The Vegas Golden Knights will play in the 2024 NHL Rookie Faceoff against multiple Western Conference teams.
The six other teams participating are the Anaheim Ducks, Colorado Avalanche, Utah HC, San Jose Sharks, Seattle Kraken and the hosts, the Los Angeles Kings.
Bits and pieces of the 2024 NHL Rookie Faceoff have been released, but THN has obtained the full slate of games.
The games will be played from Sep. 13 to Sep. 16. The Golden Knights will play three games, the first against the Kings on the 13th, the second against the Kraken on the 15th and they’ll wrap up against Utah on the 16th.
The rosters have not been released yet so it’s unclear which Golden Knights prospects will suit up.
THN’s Max Miller mentioned that 2024 first-overall pick Macklin Celebrini will play for the Sharks.
These tournaments are great for a number of reasons. It provides the prospects another chance to play together and it’s a great tune-up before they head back to their junior teams.
