âWallace is already working with Director of Hockey Gui Doucet on their recruitment plans as they start to build a roster which will feature players from abroad alongside GB internationals, some of which will be chosen in a unique draft as the four competing teams get to add players from the other six Elite League outfits.â
Wallace joined the club from Milton Keynes Lightning in 2019, taking over from Rick Strachan, who fulfilled the head coach role on an interim basis after Rich Chernomazâs departure.
In his debut campaign, they finished fifth and were only six points from top spot when the coronavirus called a premature halt to the season.
