Ottawa, ON – The Ottawa 67’s have received a commitment from forward Caden Kelly, a second-round pick of the team in this year’s OHL Priority Selection.
“Caden is a hard worker who excels in high-traffic areas, and has a nose for the net,” said General Manager James Boyd. “We are excited to welcome him to the 67’s.”
Drafted 39th overall by the Barber Poles, Kelly is a product of the Mississauga Senators (GTHL) program. In 27 appearances during the 2021-22 campaign, the Mississauga native scored 22 goals and 20 assists for 42 points.
At the 2022 OHL Cup tournament, Kelly tallied four goals and five assist, on his team’s championship run.
