- Nearing the halfway mark of the third period Sudbury led 4-1, Guelph scored three goals in the final 12 minutes to tie the game and send it to overtime.
- Jake Karabela tied the game in the final 90 seconds to force the extra frame.
- In the final minute of overtime, Matthew Poitras scored for the Storm to complete the comeback, he was named the first star with three assists.

- The 67’s put an end to their four-game losing streak with a Sunday afternoon victory in Mississauga.
- Anthony Costantini scored for Ottawa ending a 20-game goalless drought, the goal also gave him 26 points on the season, matching his career high from 2021-22.
