The Vegas Golden Knights are dressing very few NHL players tonight as they travel to play the Colorado Avalanche in their fourth pre-season game.
The Golden Knights are currently 2-1-0 in the pre-season and though the end results aren’t all that important in these exhibition games, it’s nice to see that the players are playing well enough to win games. Tonight’s roster is filled with roster hopefuls and top prospects who will be sent to the AHL following the game.

It’s also one of, if not the last opportunity for players like Brendan Brisson, Kaedan Korczak, Zach Aston-Reese, Tanner Laczynski and Tanner Pearson to prove they are worthy of making the Golden Knights’ opening night roster. They need to be at their best tonight and prove they can provide the team with offence or effort and defensive responsibilities.
Akira Schmid will be making his second appearance of the pre-season after he played part of the first game against the San Jose Sharks.
