- The Rangers won Game 4 before a capacity crowd of 7,513 at the Aud
- Windsor veterans Michael Renwick, Mathias Onuska and OHL scoring leader Matthew Maggio played their final OHL contests as did NHL signed veterans Shane Wright and Brett Harrison
- The Rangers will meet the London Knights in the second round in a rematch from last year’s opening round

- Brett Brochu posted his second shutout of the 2023 playoffs, turning aside 23 shots

- Attack top scorer Colby Barlow left the game with an injury in the first period and did not return
- Overage netminder Nick Chenard played the final two periods for the Attack, suiting up in his final OHL game along with teammates Matthew Papais and Nolan Seed

- Patrick Leaver picked up the win in goal, stopping 24 of 28 as Guelph was outshot 28-18
