The Boston Bruins used a great Game 4 performance to take a 3-1 series lead in the first round and ultimately eliminate the Washington Capitals in five games.
They’re hoping to repeat the same scenario in the second around against the New York Islanders.Â
A win for the Bruins in Saturday night’s Game 4 at Nassau Coliseum would give them a commanding 3-1 series lead. Boston won Game 3 in New York when Brad Marchand scored from a tough angle 3:36 into overtime.
