Dallas Eakins is confident that the Leafs will win Game 4: Leafs Morning Take

So, what now?

That’s probably the biggest question Leafs fans are asking heading into Game 4 on Wednesday night in Sunrise.

Of course, four teams have come back from 0-3 down in NHL history, so it’s doable. That said, given what we witnessed on Sunday night, your guess is as good as mine as to which Leafs team – if any – will show up with the season on the line. Still baffled.

We kicked off the Tuesday edition of Leafs Morning Take by tackling the Connor Bedard situation. He’s going to Chicago. So gross. Honestly, watching the draft lottery last night brought back fantastic memories of the night we found out Auston Matthews was going to be a Toronto Maple Leaf. Time flies.

Meantime, powered by our friends over at Skip, former Leaf/Current NHL bench boss Dallas Eakins dropped by. Dallas coached Rosey with the Toronto Marlies. Most recently, he served as the head coach of the Anaheim Ducks. Lately, he’s been doing some great work on the Sportsnet panel in Round 2.

Lastly, for the Betano Wrap Up, we’re looking at a response from Dallas tonight in Seattle.

Join me on Wednesday at 11 AM ET for a full preview of Game 4. Plus, Jay Rosehill will drop by for another instalment of 3 Hits With Rosey. Also, the one and only Bruce Boudreau will make another appearance on the show. We love Gabby.
