Contrary to some reports, former San Jose Sharks winger Filip Zadina has not signed a PTO with the Buffalo Sabres.

“The PTO report is NOT true. Total fabrication,” Zadina’s agent told THN this morning.
A report from Denik Sport’s Pavel Barta suggested that Zadina was headed to Buffalo.

ESPN insider Kevin Weekes was non-committal to this report and said that at least three teams are interested in the 2018 6th overall pick.
The Sharks signed Zadina to a one-year contract last offseason. In 72 games, the winger scored 13 goals and ten assists. He could not find the offensive potential that made him a top-ten draft pick, but he showed flashes of talent.
It is unclear what teams are interested in Zadina at this time. THN is waiting for further updates from Zadina’s representation.
