- The trio of Ryan Winterton (2G), Denver Barkey (1G, 1A) and Easton Cowan (1G, 1A) drove the London attack as the Knights won despite being outshot 32-27
- Sarnia outshot London 14-5 in the opening frame, with London rookie Zach Bowen stopping all 14 shots that came his way
- Ruslan Gazizov opened the scoring for London after missing Games 2, 3 and 4 of the series due to illness
- Nolan Dillingham and Sasha Pastujov provided Sarnia goals
- The London win came before a sellout crowd of 9,036 at Budweiser Gardens
