The Barrie Colts are proud to announce that 2023 Import Selection, Endo Meier, has committed to the Colts for the 2023-24 season.
The 6-foot, 178lbs. right winger from Zürich, SUI suited up for the GCK Lions U20 last season where he registered 39 points (17-22-39) in 46 games played. Meier also represented Switzerland internationally at the 2023 IIHF U18 World Championship where he led his team, recording one goal, five assists and six points.
“We’re happy to have Endo and his family commit to us here in Barrie”, said Head Coach & GM, Marty Williamson. “We understand it’s a big move for him but we feel his skillset and skating will allow him to continue his development with our group of players and coaches. We’re excited to meet Endo when he arrives and show him our city”.
