Kings Forwards Separated After Heated Battle

by admin

The Los Angeles Kings wanted to get heavier, harder to play against, and overall tougher as a team.

This was one of the reasons why they acquired Tanner Jeannot from the Tampa Bay Lightning on draft day and signed Warren Foegele on July 1.

These two players bring all the grit, physicality, and toughness that the team needed upfront.

That showed on day one of training camp when the two forwards needed to be separated after a heated battle in the corner.

Both Jeannot and Foegele appeared to be annoyed with each other and let their emotions spill over, not long after Quinton Byfield came in to break them up and the drills resumed.

It has been said that things like this happen all the time in NHL practices. That is true; however, this should be seen as a good sign for Kings fans.

Jeannot and Foegele have that much passion that they allowed their emotions to get the best of them on day one of training camp.

So, buckle up, Kings fans; this season should be fun to watch!
