ESPN released a list of the top 25 NHL players from the 21st century. Current Minnesota Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury ranked 18th.

Fleury, 39, has played 1,025 games in his NHL career and has won the Veznia Trophy, William M. Jennings Trophy, three Stanley Cups, and is a four time All-Star.

He is fourth in games played by goalie in NHL history and ranks second all-time in wins with 561. Fleury is one of three goalies to have 500 career wins or more, and one of four to play in 1,000 games or more. He joins Patrick Roy, Roberto Luongo and Martin Brodeur in those categories.

The Hall of Fame goaltender has spent three years in Minnesota and has started 92 games with the Wild. He is 50-33-9 in his Wild career with a .903 save percentage and a 2.89 goals-against-average with four shutouts.

Only seven goalies in Wild history have had 50 or more wins in their careers in Minnesota and Fleury is one of them. He ranks sixth in saves, tenth in Wild history in shutouts, save percentage, and goals-against-average, and sixth in minutes played.

The veteran goaltender signed a one-year contract extension before the last game of the season last year and is set to play one more year in the NHL before he officially retires.
