On the play, Lundell skated the puck into the Sabres’ zone. While Dahlin defended him, he swung his stick and hit Lundell in the face. Dahlin received a two-minute minor for slashing on the play. He also got an extra two for roughing following the play. Panthers forward Jesper Boqvist also got two minutes for roughing as well.

Do you think Dahlin’s slash warranted a fine? Let your thoughts be known in the comments.
