  • Detroit Red Wings prospect Lombardi finished the night with two goals, three assists and 13 shots on goal, setting a new Firebirds single season point record while becoming the first player in Firebirds history to eclipse the 100-point mark

  • Flint outshot Kitchener 52-38, securing the fifth-seed and a first round matchup with the rival Saginaw Spirit as a result of the win
