Joshua is continuing to heal from the procedure and encouraged men to get checked regularly for testicular cancer.
The 28-year-old Joshua is coming off his best season in the NHL scoring 18 goals and 14 assists in 63 games with Vancouver. He was rewarded with a new four-year contract worth $13 million, just days before he was set to test the free agent market.
