The New York Islanders announced they have loaned forward Liam Foudy to the Bridgeport Islanders and recalled forwards Hudson Fasching and Pierre Engvall.
Foudy played in two NHL games after being recalled last week, he went pointless in both games and averaged 7:27 of time on ice.
He has four assists in five games with Bridgeport this season. He should return to a top-six role in the AHL.

Engvall was placed on waivers and assigned to Bridgeport earlier this season after an underwhelming training camp. He has only notched one goal in six AHL games this season.
The 28-year-old signed a seven-year, $21 million deal with the Islanders in July 2023 after being acquired in a trade with Toronto. He recorded 28 points in 74 games last season.
Fasching has two points in five games with AHL Bridgeport this season. He spent the majority of last season in the NHL with the Islanders, recording 14 points in 45 games.
Despite averaging 12:03 time on ice last season Fasching played up and down the lineup, it will be interesting to see how he is deployed with the recall of Engvall and the re-signing of Matt Martin.
Islanders Transactions: Anthony Duclair (lower body) has been placed on LTIR (retroactive 10/19/24). Liam Foudy has been loaned to Bridgeport. Matt Martin has signed a one-year contract. Pierre Engvall and Hudson Fasching have been recalled from loan.
