The Philadelphia Flyers have reduced their training camp roster by 14 players, per General Manager Danny Briere.
The Flyers placed two players, Anthony Richard and Olle Lycksell, on waivers for the purpose of loaning back to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms upon clearing said waivers.
In addition, they assigned nine players back to the Phantoms: Rodrigo Abols, Oskar Eklind, Samu Tuomaala, Emil Andrae, Adam Ginning, Helge Grans, Hunter McDonald, Aleksei Kolosov, and Cal Petersen.
Cooper Marody, who is on an AHL contract, has also been re-assigned to the Phantoms.
To round out the cuts, Oliver Bonk and Denver Barkey have been re-assigned to the OHL’s London Knights.
Final NHL rosters are to be submitted to the league by Monday, Oct. 7.
