Niagara, ON – The Niagara IceDogs have announced Paul Ferri as the organization’s Director of Performance for the upcoming 2022-23 season.

Paul Ferri joins the IceDogs Organization with a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning and athlete development. Coach Ferri will be overseeing all off-ice development for the upcoming season, including implementation of the strength and conditioning, team testing and data collection, and overseeing treatment and return to play protocols for the team.

Coach Ferri is the founder of Limitless Training Systems, a sports performance company catering to elite athletes in the GTA and surrounding areas. Having spent close to 8 years on the development side of the game in NHL with both the Florida Panthers and Winnipeg Jets, he is excited to bring a professional-level program to the OHL and IceDogs organization.

“The opportunity to join an organization close to home is a great feeling!” said Ferri. “We have put together a deep, and strong off-ice support team for the athletes this season, and we are very excited to bring a new concept with high detail to the organization and can’t wait to get started! I am looking forward to Training Camp, meeting our athletes and doing what we can to get each player prepared for the season and the next level of their careers.”
