The London Knights along with the London Knights Alumni Foundation hit a record amount of 50/50 sales in the 2022-23 season and are proud to announce the largest ever donation of its kind to the Children’s Health Foundation.

Last season the Knights and the Foundation pledged a new $100,000 commitment to the Children’s Health Foundation over a stretch of four to five years. With the success of the team on the ice and the additional playoff games this past season we are proud to announce that in the first year of the commitment the Foundation has donated $75,000 to the pledge.

This season was the greatest success the Foundation has seen to date raising $847,755 in total 50/50 sales. So many local community organizations have benefited from this year’s program including but not limited to: Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Club, Sunshine Foundation, London Foodbank, MADD Canada, Marner Assist Fund, Hockey Helps the Homeless, London Humane Society London Middlesex, Canadian Mental Health Association, ANOVA, and many more.

“The London Knights Alumni Foundation is grateful for the trust and support received from the Fans of the London Knights Hockey Club. Through their generosity we are pleased to offer this $75,000 contribution to the Children’s Health Foundation, and we look forward to continuing our support of many charitable organizations in London that provide valuable services to the community that we live in.” – Rick Doyle, President – London Knights Alumni Foundation

“The Children’s Hospital is a very important part of our community and close to the hearts of the London Knights and our Fans. Many players that have come through our organization have built strong relationships with kids and their families through our hospital visit program that last to this day. We are proud of this donation.” – Mark Hunter, Vice President & General Manager – London Knights Hockey Club

The Organization and Foundation would both like to thank the loyal and generous fans of the London Knights who made this happen through the annual 50/50 program.
