Easton Cowan and Nikita Grebenkin — plus professional tryout invites Max Pacioretty and Steven Lorentz — are among the forwards remaining with the Maple Leafs. Marshall Rifai is the lone potential Marlies-bound defenseman to stay with the NHL squad.
Other notes include Bobby McMann skating at practice on Monday after missing Saturday’s skate due to maintenance. John Tavares, Calle Jarnkrok and Alex Steeves (lower body), Jani Hakanpaa (knee), and Connor Dewar (shoulder) before Toronto’s practice.
They didn’t participate in the full skate.
