Sheffield Steelers have announced the signings of goalie John Muse and defensemen Jeremy Beaudry from Danish side Rødovre Mighty Bulls for the 2021 Elite Series.
The club have confirmed that both players are set to land in the UK ahead of the series that commences on Saturday, April 3.
Head coach Aaron Fox said: âJeremy is a two way defencemen, who plays on both sides of the puck and plays in all situations. He spent the season between France and Denmark and averaged a point per game as a defenceman.
âJeremy is a key power play contributor and not afraid to mix it up. Iâm pleased that he is excited to come in and finish off the year with an opportunity to win something.
âJohn is a veteran goalie with a very strong North American career playing 184 American league games with a save .914 sv% and a career 93-63-11 record. In addition, John also played 100 ECHL games with a save percentage of .908 and a career 53-33-14 record.
âHe plays a very technical game and reads the play extremely well. I think this a great opportunity to get him into Sheffield and help us achieve our goals.â
