The Nashville Predators’ six-game 2023 preseason schedule has a heavy Florida flavor, as usual.
The Predators will begin the preseason slate with a split-squad doubleheader in Sunrise, Fla., against the Florida Panthers. This will be the 11th time in the last 12 years the teams will play such a schedule. It also will mark new Predators head coach and former Panthers head coach Andrew Brunette’s first game behind the bench for Nashville.
Two more games against a team from Florida will follow, both against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The Predators will close out the preseason with a home-and-home against the Carolina Panthers.
Predators rookie camp is scheduled to begin Sept. 13 in Nashville, with the group heading to Estero, Fla. on Sept. 15-18 for a rookie tournament before returning to Nashville for the team’s main training camp.
