8 OHL GRADS NOMINATED FOR KING CLANCY MEMORIAL TROPHY
A total of eight OHL graduates have been nominated by their respective NHL club as finalists for the King Clancy Memorial Trophy, an award annually given to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and who has made a significant humanitarian contribution to his community. The winner is chosen by a panel of representatives from the Professional Hockey Writers’ Association and the NHL Broadcasters’ Association. Nominees include Cam Fowler (Anaheim Ducks/Windsor Spitfires), Kurtis Gabriel (San Jose Sharks/Owen Sound Attack), Scott Laughton (Philadelphia Flyers/Oshawa Generals), Connor Murphy (Chicago Blackhawks/Sarnia Sting), Ryan O’Reilly (St. Louis Blues/Erie Otters), Jordan Staal (Carolina Hurricanes/Peterborough Petes), P.K. Subban (New Jersey Devils/Belleville Bulls), John Tavares (Toronto Maple Leafs/London Knights).

8Â OHL GRADS NAMED TO 2020-21 AHL ALL-STAR TEAMS
A total of seven OHL graduates have been named to AHL All-Star Teams following standout seasons. Those names include Riley Damiani (Texas Stars/Kitchener Rangers), Boris Katchouk (Syracuse Crunch/Soo Greyhounds), Adam Mascherin (Texas Stars/Kitchener Rangers), Connor McMichael (Hershey Bears/London Knights), Ryan Murphy (Henderson Silver Knights/Kitchener Rangers), Taylor Raddysh (Syracuse Crunch/Soo Greyhounds), Nathan Todd (Manitoba Moose/Ottawa 67’s). 47 OHL GRADS COMPETING IN 2021 IIHF WORLD HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP
An assortment of familiar OHL faces from across the globe have converged on Riga, Latvia for the 2021 IIHF World Hockey Championship that got underway last week. A total of 47 OHL alumni from across 16 different countries are chasing gold in the annual clash of international bodies, including a total of five players that competed in the Ontario Hockey League during the 2019-20 campaign. WINDSOR NAMED ECHL GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Orlando Solar Bears netminder Clint Windsor is the ECHL Goaltender of the Week after going 2-1 with a 1.68 goals-against average and .953 save percentage in three appearances. The 27-year-old former Barrie Colts, Saginaw Spirit, Mississauga Steelheads and Ottawa 67’s goaltender from Hamilton, Ont. leads the ECHL with 1,082 saves and 2,221 minutes played this season. He’s appeared in 77 career games with Orlando, going 40-28-5 with six shutouts, a 2.56 goals-against average and .922 save percentage. Full details at echl.com.
