Golden Knights Head Coach Bruce Cassidy Named To Team Canada 2025 4 Nations Face-Off Coaching Staff

Vegas Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy has been named to Team Canada 2025 4 Nations Face-Off coaching staff.

Jon Cooper, the head coach of the Tampa Bay Lightning was named as the head coach of Team Canada for both the 2025 4 Nations Face-off and the 2026 Winter Olympics. Cassidy will work alongside Peter DeBoer, Misha Donskov, and Rick Tocchet as assistant coaches.

Cassidy will join Jack Eichel as the first two members of the Golden Knights’ organization to be announced onto a roster. Eichel was one of the first six to be named to Team USA’s roster.

The Stanley Cup-winning Golden Knights coach carries a 388-206-70 as the head coach of the Golden Knights, Boston Bruins and the Washington Capitals and will be representing Canada for the first time in his coaching career.

The 4 Nations Face-off will run from February 12-20 in both Boston and Montreal. The four teams competing in this tournament are Canada, USA, Sweden and Finland.
