  • Buffalo Sabres prospect Josh Bloom scored the overtime winner on a shorthanded breakaway as the Spirit won despite being outshot 31-24
  • Saginaw pulled ahead late in the third period before Sarnia’s Sandis Vilmanis forced overtime, tying the score with 10 seconds remaining
