The Rangers have signed defenseman Ben Harpur to a two-year extension through the 2024-25 season, the team announced Thursday.
Per multiple reports, Harpur’s deal is worth $775,000 annually.
Harpur, 28, has played in 18 games for the Rangers this season, notching a goal and two assists.
Before joining the Rangers, Harpur played for the Nashville Predators and Ottawa Senators.
Harpur was originally selected by the Senators in the fourth round of the 2013 NHL Draft.
