The two most recent first overall picks, Connor Bedard and Macklin Celebrini, reacted to their NHL 25 ratings in a new video with EA Sports NHL.
Back in June Celebrini predicted to The Hockey News that he would be a 74 or 75 overall to start, drastically underselling himself.
Bedard started NHL 24 as an 83 overall and finished as an 87, he earns a one point increase heading into NHL 25.
Bedard comes in as the 74th highest ranked player, while Celebrini is outside the top 300.
The top 300 player ratings are available here.
NHL 25 will be available on early access Sept. 27, and will be released in full on Oct. 4.
