Bits and pieces of the 2024 NHL Rookie Faceoff have been released, but THN has obtained the full slate of games that the San Jose Sharks and other teams will play.
Along with the Sharks, the Vegas Golden Knights, Utah HC, Colorado Avalanche, Anaheim Ducks, Seattle Kraken, and host team L.A. Kings will participate.
SJHN’s Sheng Peng was the first to confirm that the Sharks’ No. 1 pick, Macklin Celebrini, will play in the tournament.

There is no indication about whether Will Smith will also play for San Jose, but if Celebrini plays, there isn’t much reason to say otherwise about Smith. That could be confirmed before the tournament at any time.
The Kraken will join the tournament for the first time, and while the Utah HC is doing the same, they have the Arizona Coyotes background.
The Sharks will play three games over four days, with their first opponent being Utah HC on Sept. 13.
