Michigan vs. Ohio State men’s hockey: Score, live updates from Game 2

The Buckeyes walked right past the Wolverines in Game 1, winning 7-2 and upending Michigan’s 100th anniversary celebration weekend.

Travis Treloar (2g, 1a), Stephen Halliday (1g, 2a) and Tate Singleton (3a) each had three-point outings for Ohio State. Tyler Duke, Matt Cassidy, Jake Wise and Patrick Guzzo each scored as well. Jakub Dobeš made 19 saves.

Dylan Duke, Tyler’s brother, scored both goals for Michigan. It was his first collegiate game against his brother. Erik Portillo was busy in goal, facing 52 shots and stopping 45.

The Wolverines had trouble staying out of the penalty box as OSU went 4 for 8 on the power play. Michigan went 1 for 5.
