- Logan Morrison extended his OHL Playoff point streak to 24 games scoring twice in the victory for Ottawa.
- Luca Pinelli scored the game-winner for Ottawa, his fifth of the postseason. With 12 points in the series, he trails only Brandt Clarke in OHL Playoff scoring.
- The game was the last in the OHL Careers of Ryan Gagnier, Cameron Butler, and Joseph Serpa.
- The 67’s will return home to TD Place for Game 1 of the second round against Peterborough, Mississauga, or Hamilton.

Saginaw Spirit 3, Flint Firebirds 4 OT
Series tied 3-3
- After trailing the series 3-1 and 3-1 in the third the Firebirds won in overtime thanks to a Coulson Pitre breakaway to force game seven on Monday night.
- Winnipeg Jets prospect Dmitry Kuzmin recorded the primary assist on both Firebirds goals in the third period before assisting Pitre’s OT winner.
- Kuzmin moved from defenceman to forward and played on the first line alongside Zacharie Giroux and Gavin Hayes.
- Nolan Dann scored twice for Flint, his first multipoint game of the series.
- Saginaw outshot Flint 35-31 but it was Nathan Day who outduelled Tristan Lennox making 32 saves.
- For the fourth straight game in the series, Flint dominated the faceoff dot winning 63% of faceoffs (46/73)
