Steve Shafer will be joining the team’s scouting staff and will be based out of Michigan.

On the addition of Shafer, General Manager Dylan Seca comments:

In addition to Shafer, Tyson Slack joins the Sting as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

“Tyson is well-respected in the Sarnia-Lambton area, and we’re excited to have him support our players in this crucial area of player development.” comments Seca.

Finally, Darren Smale joins the Hockey Club as the Assistant Equipment Manager after working with the St. Marys Lincolns of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL).

“Darren brings an infectious positive attitude and work ethic which we know will be a great addition to the Hockey Club” adds Seca.
