The Winnipeg Jets announced they have recalled Brad Lambert from the Manitoba moose and placed Nikolaj Ehlers on injured reserve.
Lambert has three goals and 11 points in 16 games for the moose this season after recording 24 goals and 55 points in 64 games in his first AHL season in 2023-24. He was named to the AHL All-Rookie Team and skated in the All-Star Game.
The 30th pick in the 2022 draft, Lambert played one NHL game last season and picked up an assist.
The Lahti, FIN., native is expected to center Winnipeg’s second line between Cole Perfetti and Gabe Vilardi in the Jets Dec. 3 game against the St. Louis Blues.
Ehlers was placed on injured reserve retroactive to Nov. 29.
